Melody Riazati is the Lead Broker and Principal Advisor at Riazati Real Estate Consulting Group (RRECG), where she oversees all licensed real-estate representation for buyers, sellers, investors, homeowners, and redevelopers throughout San Diego County.
Born and raised in San Diego, Melody grew up immersed in the discipline, integrity, and professionalism of her family’s multi-decade real-estate practice. Mentored from an early age by her father, RRECG founder Masoud Riazati, she developed a deep respect for accuracy, responsibility, and client-centered service — values that continue to define her leadership today.
With a degree in Finance / Real Estate from San Diego State University, Melody brings a strong analytical foundation to pricing strategy, valuation, negotiation, and market behavior. In 2022, she closed over $27 million in sales, and in 2025 was recognized by the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR) as ranking in the Top 5% of REALTORS® in San Diego County — a distinction earned through consistent performance, ethical representation, and exceptional client care.
At RRECG, Melody is responsible for:
- Full brokerage representation for buyers, sellers, and investors
- Luxury & lifestyle advising, including neighborhood, school, and long-term value analysis
- Investment & redevelopment support in collaboration with RRECG’s advisory team
- Relocation guidance for domestic and international clients
- Clear, ethical, and detail-oriented transaction management
