Masoud Riazati — Founder, Riazati Real Estate Consulting Group (RRECG)
Masoud Riazati is the founder of Riazati Real Estate Consulting Group (RRECG), a San Diego–based advisory practice providing strategic guidance to buyers, sellers, investors, homeowners, and families relocating to or within California.
Before entering real estate in 1989, Masoud trained and worked as a FAA commercial pilot, flying the Boeing 727 at age 23 and the Boeing 747 at age 25, later earning his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license in 1988. Aviation instilled the precision, discipline, and global perspective that continue to define his advisory approach.
For more than 28 years, Masoud was one of the most recognizable Persian-language real-estate figures on international television, becoming a trusted resource for families worldwide navigating major relocation and investment decisions.
Today, Masoud’s role at RRECG is advisory only. He provides:
- Strategic real-estate guidance
- International and domestic relocation advising
- Investment and redevelopment planning
- Market insight and valuation perspective
